These terms govern your use of the Trading Cube Academy (the “Service”), an online course provided by The Trading Cube. By signing in you agree to them.

Accounts

Access is granted by invitation. Your administrator creates your account and sends a one-time sign-in link; you are responsible for setting a password and for activity that happens under your account. Do not share your credentials.

Course content

Lessons, videos, and quiz material are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them. The Trading Cube provides educational tools and resources and does not offer financial, investment, or trading advice. All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute individualised financial, investment, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Trading involves risk of loss, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, access accounts that are not yours, or scrape or bulk-download content. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is”. We may update the course, these terms, or the features of the Service over time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
